Firstly, it will be a great lesson in English for me and secondly........
I am 48 years old woman and I noticed that my body start to change. Do you know what I am talking about?
My body starts to store fat and water like winter supplies and pushes it into my thighs, stomach and arms. It always amazed me how you can have celullite on your arms? They do something all the time.
It's not just the body that surprises me. Mood swings. No energy. Fatigue. Bad sleep. It's her! It's coming! Menopause - the nasty dragon!
What next?
That's what my blog will be about. How to cheat the menopause. How to naturally balance this hormone gland, how to prevent all these unwanted symptoms with diet, herbs, essential oils, simple exercisers.
How to deal with accepting your transformation. Because it is a challenge not only physical but also mental.
I will search for any information about it and share it with you.
