Cancellation Policy

At Baska Natural Wellness, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. In order to provide the best service to all clients and respect our time and preparation, I kindly ask that you read and adhere to the following cancellation policy. • I require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a charge of 50% of the treatment cost. • Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice, or failure to attend your appointment without notice, will result in 100% of the treatment cost being charged. • If you arrive late, your treatment time may be shortened to avoid impacting the next client’s appointment. • Appointments booked using gift vouchers are subject to the same cancellation policy If you are unwell or experiencing unexpected circumstances, please contact me as soon as possible, and I will do my best to accommodate you 😊
